The M-100 paste dispenser is a low cost method of using compressed air to dispense solder or brazing paste, fluxes, epoxies, glues, resins, paints or any viscous dispensible material from syringes. Consisting of an air pressure regulator, mounting bracket, foot pedal actuator, and a series of hoses and fittings; the unit allows for effortless dispensing of all Okai paste products.

The material to be dispensed is packaged in a syringe or cartridge and attached to the orange adapter. Connect shop air and set the regulator gauge at 25 PSI (pressure can be adjusted to suit the material properties). As the operator depresses the foot pedal, air is released causing the paste to extrude out of the syringe tip. The amount of paste deposited can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure or by using different needles which conveniently attach to the discharge end of the syringe
The M-100 is intended to be a low-cost option for manual dispensing of materials, and can be very helpful in improving productivity, precision and comfort of the operator.
